Rental Policy

Rental Agreement & DocuSign Requirement

A completed Rental Agreement is required for every reservation.

After completing your reservation and payment online, you will receive the Rental Agreement separately through DocuSign. The agreement must be completed and signed within 72 hours of being sent, or before scheduled delivery, whichever comes first.

Failure to complete the Rental Agreement by the required deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation. An unsigned reservation will be treated as a customer cancellation, and any refund will be determined according to the Cancellation Policy below.

No camper will be delivered without a completed and signed Rental Agreement.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of online booking to confirm your reservation.

Payments are processed securely through our online reservation system.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a full refund, provided the rental start date is at least 14 days away.

After the initial 48-hour cancellation period, cancellations made more than 14 days before the rental start date will receive a 50% refund of the booking total.

Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the rental start date are nonrefundable.

If Peach State Camper & RV Rentals cancels your reservation, payments made toward the rental will be refunded.

Failure to complete the required Rental Agreement within the required timeframe will be treated as a customer cancellation and will follow this same Cancellation Policy.

Delivery

All Peach State Camper & RV Rentals reservations are delivery only. Customers do not pick up or tow the camper.

We deliver within approximately 150 miles of Perry, Georgia, including the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter and campgrounds and event locations throughout Middle Georgia.

Deliveries more than 50 miles from Peach State Campers require a minimum three-night rental.

Delivery pricing is calculated based on the destination entered during booking.

Campground & Campsite Requirements

Customers are responsible for making their own campground reservations and ensuring the campsite can accommodate the camper they select.

During booking, you will be asked to provide information including:

Campground name and delivery address
Campsite number, if available
Electrical hookup information
Water hookup information
Confirmation that the site can accommodate the selected camper

Please provide accurate campground and campsite information. Incorrect information that causes additional delivery, setup, or travel time may result in additional charges as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in is approximately 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

If you need an earlier check-in or another arrival arrangement, we will do our best to accommodate you when scheduling allows.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to prior approval, availability, and any applicable additional fee.

There are no refunds for early departures.

Pet Policy

Up to two pets are permitted with the required $50 pet fee.

All pets must be disclosed during booking, including the type and number of pets.

Unauthorized or undisclosed pets may result in a $350 additional charge, in addition to any cleaning or damage charges caused by the pet.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside any Peach State Camper & RV Rentals camper.

Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning, repair, damage, or loss-of-use charges as provided in the Rental Agreement.

Damage, Cleaning & Additional Charges

Renters are responsible for damage to the camper or its contents during the rental period.

Additional charges may also apply for excessive cleaning, missing items, unauthorized use, additional rental time, pet damage, or other costs described in the Rental Agreement.

Any additional charges will be handled according to the authorization and payment provisions contained in the signed Rental Agreement.

Generators & Additional Services

Generators and certain additional rental items or services may be available during the booking process.

Availability and pricing may vary by reservation.

If your campsite does not provide the required electrical or water hookups, please review the available add-ons carefully when booking.

Weather, Events & Other Circumstances

Except as specifically provided in the Cancellation Policy, refunds or credits are not provided for circumstances outside the control of Peach State Camper & RV Rentals, including weather, insects or wildlife, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or campground reservation errors.

Customers are responsible for verifying campground reservations, event schedules, campsite requirements, and destination access before booking.
